These guidelines are designed to provide clear expectations and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to reserve a session date. The session date is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the session fee.
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability and should be completed within a reasonable timeframe close to the original session date. If a suitable rescheduling date cannot be arranged, the booking will be considered cancelled and the deposit will remain non-refundable.
In the event we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the session. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be refunded.
For outdoor sessions, weather conditions may require the session to be rescheduled. If weather prevents the session from taking place, a new date will be arranged based on availability. If a suitable rescheduling date cannot be found, the deposit will be refunded.
Payment
Payment can be made via Zelle or cash.
Please note that images will not be released until full payment has been received.
Transportation
Premium and Ultimate collections include a location of your choice. Transportation costs may apply for these sessions.
Modesty Guidelines
At Estee’s Photography, we take pride in specializing in family photography.
We are happy to capture family moments, including parents and children together, however, couple portraits are not offered as part of our photography services.

Face Swaps & Image Editing
Every image is carefully edited with attention to detail to deliver the highest quality final gallery. While Photoshop can enhance an image, it is not a substitute for capturing the perfect moment in-camera. Face swaps are used thoughtfully and only when they improve the overall image.
Each collection includes a set number of complimentary face swaps:
Mini Collection: 1 face swap
Signature Collection: 3 face swaps
Premium Collection: 4 face swaps
Ultimate Collection: 7 face swaps
Additional client-requested face swaps are available for $15 per swap.
The face swap limits apply to client requested edits only. Our priority is delivering the best possible gallery. If additional face swaps are needed due to challenging moments during the session or to enhance the final collection, they may be provided at no additional charge.
Expanded Gallery
An expanded gallery of 20 lightly edited images is available as an add-on. Light editing includes adjustments to lighting, color, exposure, and cropping. This option does not include detailed retouching, such as skin edits, facial corrections, face swaps, object removal, or other advanced edits.
Image Selection & Delivery
Following your session, your images will be uploaded to a private Pixieset gallery for you to carefully review and choose your favorites.
We understand that selecting images can sometimes feel overwhelming, so guidance is available throughout the process. We are happy to share our professional opinion, explain the potential we see in each image, and help you select the photographs that will create the most meaningful final collection.
Please complete your selections within 3 weeks of receiving your gallery. If selections are not made within this timeframe, images will be selected on your behalf.
Final edited images will be delivered within 3 weeks of completed selections.
Please note that unedited images are not available for download.
Portfolio Use
Images from your session may be featured on our website as part of our photography portfolio.
If you prefer that your images not be displayed, please let us know before the session.
